Unveiled in 2013, the Kawai GX-series is an evolution of their highly popular RX-series of grand pianos. GX-series instruments are built in Hamamatsu, Japan to an extremely high standard. These pianos are most often seen in musical institutions as high-level practice instruments as well as recital stages. Most notably, the Royal College of Music in London, No. 1 Conservatoire in the UK, use Kawai pianos throughout their practice rooms and dormitories.
