We believe that the selection of an instrument is only the start of your musical journey.
To make sure your instrument gets to you quickly and safely, we have partnered with industry-leading and specialist couriers to provide a range of services alongside our in-house delivery team who can handle almost any request. Our specialists have been trained to assemble and deliver our entire range of digital pianos and other oversized instruments such as cellos and double basses. For more complex delivery requirements we work with specialist piano and organ logistics partners who can provide specialised equipment enabling us to enable us to deliver to almost any location. Orders for items in stock and placed via our website will be dispatched Monday to Friday, usually on a Next Day delivery service to get your order with you as soon as possible. Orders placed after 1PM or at the weekend will be organised for dispatch on the next working day. Once the items have been collected and tracked into the distribution hub you will receive an email.

If an item is marked as "In Stock" then this indicates we have the item in stock and available to dispatch as a Brand New item.
If an items is marked as "Available to Order" this indicates we do not have the item in stock at present but our supplier partners usually stock this item and it can either be dispatched directed to you from them or to us and then onwards. This is an estimated delivery, if you would like a more accurate date then please contact our team.
If an item is marked as "Arriving Soon" then the item is already on order with our supplier and we are awaiting delivery which is imminent. If an item is marked as "Arriving [date]" then this indicates the item is on order with our supplier with the most recent delivery estimate.
On the morning of your delivery you will receive a text message and/or email with a 1 hour window to expect your delivery.
If you have applied for our industry-leading Rental Scheme then your delivery will be scheduled as soon as you have e-signed your contract and made any initial payments due.
We cannot confirm delivery until this document is completed but our team can usually give indicative lead-times beforehand. If the item is assembled, such as a digital or acoustic piano, then delivery will usually be within 7-10 days of contract completion but often sooner. You need not worry, you will only be charged from when the items arrives with you and not when you complete the contract so that you only pay regularly once delivery is complete.

For larger items, delivery surcharges may apply to non-UK mainland including Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Shetland, etc. Call us for a quote before ordering or place your order online and our team will contact you with the surcharge price; you retain your right to cancel. *UK mainland only.
Our Assembled Delivery Service takes all of the hassle out of buying an instrument, ensuring it arrives ready to play. From the moment you complete you order our team take care of everything, organising a date and time to suit you and undertaking the following checks:

Our team have been fully trained to be COVID secure and we are taking all precautions to ensure both you and our team are kept safe. Our logistics team will ensure you are happy with your instrument before they leave.
Every so often, particularly on larger orders, our courier service (DPD) will 'split' items that have sent for delivery. Don't worry, we haven't forgotten it and you'll still get your full order, however some items may arrive a few hours later than the initial delivery. If you have been waiting for more than 48 hours for the rest of your order after initial delivery, our team will look into it for you!
