Our Delivery Approach
We understand taking delivery of your new piano is an exciting time and we aim to make it as easy and hassle-free as possible. We have been shipping pianos for over three centuries and have assembled a collection of professional couriers, as well as piano specialists to cater to every need.
Not only that, we also understand the need to minimise our impact on the environment. Where possible we will try to use local delivery options, minimising the movement of these large items across the country and with it reducing waste.
Stock Availability and Order Status
Unless otherwise stated, products with the Add to Basket are in stock and available for delivery as follows:
> Smaller products such as portable pianos or keyboards and some smaller home pianos will be dispatched within 2 working days usually via courier on a next day service with tracking.
> Larger products (instruments >50kg) will either be shipped directly from our dedicated logistics facility or, in some cases, directly from our supplier to you. Lead-times vary based on the supplier but products are usually shipped within 3-5 working days and usually arrive within 5-10 working days of order.
Products marked as "Pre-order Awaiting Stock" are not currently in stock at our logistics facility or with our supplier. We can take Pre-Orders which will automatically be dispatched as soon as we receive stock. Some products are not available to order, these will have a Notify Me When In Stock option and you can receive an email when the item comes back into stock.

Delivery Information
A Shipping Confirmation will automatically be sent upon dispatch confirming the item is with the courier.
Please note that Home Digital Pianos will require assembly upon delivery and will be delivered flat-packed. We estimate assembly usually takes two people with basic tools such as a screwdriver between 30-60 minutes the first time.
For all orders that we are unable to fulfil or can only be partially completed, we will contact you and discuss alternative arrangements.
Presently, we offer online ordering and shipping to the UK mainland only, excluding some Scottish Highlands postcodes. We do not offer online ordering to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or any International locations.
Standard Piano Deliveries
Unless otherwise stated, all of our home digital pianos are supplied as standard boxed and flat-packed.
Our Free Flat-Pack Delivery service wil be via a courier and the item will be delivered to the doorstop of your property, no stairs. Depending on weight and size it may be palletised. We do offer a Local Delivery option within 30 miles where the item will be delivered on specified date/time. This will be arranged with you in advance and can be brought into a Ground Floor room of choice.
Please note that if you select the Free delivery option with a courier/flat pack service then the courier is not contracted to bring the item up any steps or stairs. If you live in a property that is not on the same level as where the courier vehicle will be parked then it is your responsibility to organise delivery from there to your home address. Please contact us to discuss you require one of our other services.
Yamaha ‘Agency’ products
Items marked as being ‘Available for Demonstration’ are sourced directly from Yamaha on a per-order basis. This includes: Yamaha CLP875, CLP885, and NU1XA
Providing the stock is available at Yamaha HQ, we will aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days
Specialist Piano Carrier & Assembled Delivery:
Assembled Delivery service can be added during the Checkout process for items with this service available. After checkout one of our team will contact you directly to discuss or you can contact us to discuss your specific requirements on 01223 354452 or email support@millersmusic.co.uk. Very large items (usually exceeding 100kg) will usually be shipped by one of our piano specialists and delivered in to a ground floor room you specify. The piano specialist will organise a date and time slot prior to delivery, delivering in to your home in the room of your choice.
Your delivery time slot will be usually be confirmed by the carrier 1-2 days before delivery and they can call before delivery on the day if requested subject to mobile signal.
