The Perfect Modern Practice Partner

We are delighted to present this Yamaha B1 Silent piano in a striking, high-gloss Polished White finish. For modern homes, apartments, or busy family households where space is at a premium and practice times need to be flexible, the B1 Silent is the ultimate compromise-free solution. It delivers all the acoustic authenticity of a genuine, hammer-driven Japanese-designed piano alongside the total privacy of Yamaha's world-leading silent digital technology.

Standing at a compact 109cm tall, the B1 features a sleek, "continental" legless design that slides effortlessly into modern interiors, bedrooms, or home studios without visually cluttering the space.

Acoustic Reality Meets Silent Versatility

The brilliance of Yamaha's official factory-fitted Silent System lies in its seamless operation. At its core, the Yamaha B1 is a true acoustic instrument featuring real wooden keys, traditional hammer actions, and an acoustic soundboard:

• Acoustic Mode: Play normally to fill the room with a clear, bright, and vibrant tone—perfect for family performances, lessons, and traditional practice.

• Silent Mode: Engage the middle pedal, and a sophisticated mechanical stop-bar prevents the hammers from striking the copper strings. High-precision optical sensors under the keys translate your exact touch and dynamics into a high-definition, binaurally sampled Yamaha concert grand sound directly through your headphones.

• Night-Time Practice: Enjoy total freedom to practice early in the morning or late at night without disturbing family members, housemates, or neighbors.

Showroom Condition & In-House Preparation

This secondhand B1 Silent arrives in our Cambridge showroom in pristine, as-new condition from a local non-smoking home still with the original label from purchase. It has been lightly played and exceptionally well-cared-for throughout its life.

To ensure it meets our exacting performance standards, our in-house technical team has completed a thorough Showroom Preparation:

• Cabinet Detailing: The vibrant Polished White cabinet has been deep-cleaned and buffed to a flawless mirror shine, perfectly highlighting its brass hardware.

• Tuning & Voicing: The acoustic piano has been pulled to concert pitch (A440Hz) and voiced for a balanced, clear tone.
