We are thrilled to share that as of April 12th, under new government guidance, our showrooms are able to reopen once more. We know how important buying a piano is and how crucial creating a comfortable, personalised experience is to helping you find your dream instrument.

That is why we are excited to offer our customers the most personalised and enjoyable experience possible, and are now operating on an appointment only basis for our piano showrooms.

We believe everyone should be made to feel relaxed when visiting our showrooms, perhaps you’re not comfortable playing in front of others, or perhaps you would like a 1-2-1 environment where we’ll make you a coffee and you can sit down with our experts so we can understand every possible need for your instrument and help you find the perfect piano for you.

We will still be putting both yours and our showroom team’s safety at the forefront of what we do, so will be limiting appointments to just one or two appointments in our showroom at once and our team will be wearing masks throughout.

For those who loved visiting us for quick accessories and other bits and bobs, we know the needs of the modern musician have changed and that is why we have been busy spending the past year enhancing our online shopping experience to make buying online easier than ever before. Our team are still on hand on live chat, phone and email if you would like any further assistance.

We can’t wait to see you soon!

Our Team Is Always Here For You!

We believe buying a new instrument is no ordinary purchase, and it shouldn't feel as such! That is why we always want to offer every single customer a personalised and exciting journey whenever you visit any of our showrooms. From the second you walk through our doors, you are number 1! Whatever your questions, our experts will be on hand to help you however we possibly can.

We have three incredible and award-winning showrooms, set across England in three of the most beautiful and musical cities the country has to offer.

Cambridge - 13/14 Sussex Street

Our Cambridge showroom is set in the heart of the city. Sussex Street has to be one of the most picturesque streets in East Anglia. A short walk around the city streets will often be set to the chant of Choral Evensong resonating from one of the cities many college chapels or diligent practice from a music room or open student's window. It is with this background, just 50m from its historical location on Sidney Street that our Cambridge Showroom has been located since 1974 serving the musical needs of Cambridge and beyond.

Norwich - 19 St Benedicts

Located in the quaint and quiet city of Norwich, you'll find our Norwich Showroom, known as Cookes Pianos.

There is an enormous level of history behind this wonderful building and it has been the home of Cookes since its formation in 1887! A lot sure has happened since then but much like Millers, Cookes has a rich heritage of specialising in supplying beautiful pianos and organs to customers all over the country.
