Unmistakable Tone

Despite being manufactured in China, this instrument lives and breathes European tonality. The rich, deep, warming sound of this piano is far more akin to that of other European manufacturers such as C.Bechstein or Zimmermann pianos.  All spruce with core assembled with vertical grain, the soundboard on the EU118 is crafted to provide maximum tonal response and structural integrity. 

This attention on the soundboard combined with specially selected hammer felt, help create excellent balance of elasticity and firmness, formed to produce a rich assertive tone that is enhanced by German wire strings, creating an end result that is truly a delight to hear in the flesh.
