For all delivery of acoustic and premium digital pianos, we use specialist piano couriers in order to ensure safe, efficient and accurate delivery of your instrument into your home.

For orders that can be shipped via standard couriers, we dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. For pianos in our showroom, we average 1-3 weeks for delivery. Special orders and specialist delivery requirements may take longer.
